Lower Salford > Class of 1946 Celebrates Their 60th Reunion

On Saturday, September 23rd, the Lower Salford graduating class of 1946 got together for their 60th reunion of their 8th grade graduation. Twenty of the 39 original members (five of whom are deceased) met at Hennings for lunch and then the group came to take a tour of the Lower Salford Elementary School where they attended. Principal, Donn Huff and Director of Elementary Education, Gail Ryan, walked the graduates through the building enjoying their stories and memories of their days in the school. When the former students attended the only part of the building then built was the long central hallway that extends along the front of the school. It was a delightful day and great fun to hear history of the school.
